Do you have an employment goal?

Employment Supports help NDIS participants engage with employment.
They are available to people of all ages and backgrounds with funding in Capacity Building Supports for Finding and Keeping a Job on their NDIS Plan.

At Social Model, know that not everyone will be ready to independently chase their employment goals after finishing with our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) service.
Our expert Employment Advisors specialise in supporting you through the transition from school to work, but we also offer you the option to continue utilising our Employment Supports until you are ready.

We will re-evaluate your personalised employment plan, working one-to-one with you to establish and achieve your new goals.
We will continue to provide a flexible service, visiting you in the home, at school, in the community, via video chat, or wherever else you are most comfortable.
We will stick to our holistic ideals, supporting you throughout your entire employment journey, even after you have finished utilising our School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) service.
